The two owners of ACY Contractors are Michael Arrington and Michael Young. Michael Arrington is currently the President and acts as the company’s Construction Manager.  The Construction Manager’s responsibility is to issue and administer the contracts with the Owner, Subcontractors, and Material Suppliers. Michael Young is the Vice President of the company and operates as the company’s Preconstruction Manager.  The Preconstruction Manager’s responsibility is to handle all estimates and bids, ensuring that the client is getting the best project with budget and also will provide budget feasibility as part of ACY’s added value to clients. 

Collectively, Michael and Michael have a total of twenty-six years of construction expertise. Each business member possesses a unique expertise, which lends to the completeness of the business operation as evidenced in their resumes.
